Our client, one of Australia's Iconic Enterprise is seeking Integration Support Analyst role to join their team for an initial 6-month contract opportunity .
This position is responsible for the provision of day to day support of the Enterprise Service Bus (ESB). This individual will work closely with Integration Services Support team leader and enable maintaining stability of existing applications/Integrations.
You will be required to provide 7*24hr support for the Integration environment that includes Tibco, Camunda, Layer 7 and Secure Transport (APST) on a rotation basis.
Skills & Experience
- Experience providing 24x7 BAU support for critical APIs, interfaces and services
- Minimum of three (3) years' experience in developing and supporting Integration solutions using the Tibco product suite on the Linux platform
- Proven ability to work in a team of multi-disciplinary technical experts to identify root cause and resolution of production issues
- Strong Communication Skills
