Our client based in Bella Vista is looking for a Data and Analytics Team Lead to join its IT team.
Working closely with the business you will be responsible for leading a team on data and analytics journey as well as establishing and enabling good practices across data and analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and support the delivery of Data and Analytics
- Ensure solutions are delivered on time and within customer requirements, cost and quality standards
- Hands on approach to development and maintenance of the Data and Analytics environments
- Provide quality and timely support to end user data requests
- Manage allocated budgets and expenditure in relation to Data and Analytics
- Review financial performance with Management
Essential Skills and Experience
- Tertiary qualification in IT or relevant discipline
- Experience running small and efficient Data Analytics and or Data Warehousing team
- Management of business relations
- Relevant technology exposure and appreciation including familiarity with MS SQL, SSRS and MS Power Bi, ETL and establishing Datawarehouse
- Some experience with Project Management
- Analytics experience from ERP source data will be highly desirable
