Our client is seeking to fill a Cyber Engagement Lead role to support the delivery of a large scale, multi-agency key Digital Transformation Initiative. This role is key in enabling the delivery of a capability, which will be offered "As a Service" to external organisations
Key Tasks/Duties:
- Translate the business requirement to functional requirements, including developing supporting documentation.
- Work with subject matter experts and product owners obtain an in-depth understanding of the business needs.
- Produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience.
- What security controls are implemented to ensure a secure, scalable and integrated service in alignment with ISM.
- Develop Cyber Security Services with well-defined people, process and technology components including integration with broader enterprise processes.
- Engage with the operational teams to ensure the service has a well-defined support model and is ready for transition to business as usual (BAU) teams.
- Champion the service at executive and operational levels.
- Develop the training and communications material to ensure a smooth and managed on-boarding experience for end users and support teams alike.
To be successful in this role you will possess:
- Demonstrated experience in working on large and complex Cyber Security ICT projects.
- Demonstrated experience in translating business requirements to functional requirements, including developing supporting documentation and comprehensive use cases to achieve endorsement.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and delivering organisational change management activities to enable adoption of Cyber Security Services.
- Previous experience in developing new capabilities into "As a service" is highly desirable.
- Orchestrate the on-boarding process and lead the development of related training and communications to enable the BAU handover.
