Our client, one of the leaders in Telecommunication is looking for multiple Business Analyst to join their various streams of work for an initial 6 months with potential extensions up to 2 years

BA-Salesforce

  • End to End BA experience (breadth and depth of knowledge) in waterfall, hybrid and Agile programs
  • Exceptional communication and facilitation skills - particularly with large workshops and remote workshops facilitation
  • Business process management/modelling using BPMN 2.0, ARIS is ideal
  • Experience in driving agile ceremonies like sprint planning, retrospectives, backlog grooming and requirement prioritisation across multiple projects
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working in Salesforce platform rollout and delivering service cloud functionality and capability

BA-Remediation

  • End to End BA experience (breadth and depth of knowledge) in waterfall, hybrid and Agile programs
  • Exceptional communication and facilitation skills - particularly with large workshops, Vendors and remote workshops facilitation
  • Business process management/modelling experience using BPMN 2.0, ARIS is ideal (CORE REQUIREMENT). In process mapping, experience in mapping system flows and dependencies
  • Able
  • Experience in remediation projects and process relating to remediation.
  • Experience in analysing data and data sets, identifying gaps and improvements.

BA-regulatory/insurance experience

  • End to End BA experience (breadth and depth of knowledge) in waterfall, hybrid and Agile programs
  • Exceptional communication and facilitation skills - particularly with large workshops and remote workshops facilitation
  • Business process management/modelling using BPMN 2.0, ARIS is ideal
  • Strong experience in end to end BA role, documenting, managing business requirements and mapping requirements to solution design documents.
  • Experience in device management and rate plan changes (a plus)
  • Experience in insurance products
  • Experience in regulatory programs

BA-Agile

  • End to End BA experience (breadth and depth of knowledge) in waterfall, hybrid and Agile programs
  • Experience in supporting Customer Care and Service enablement teams in transformation programs and initiatives
  • Business process management/modelling using BPMN 2.0, ARIS is idela
  • Experience in driving agile ceremonies like sprint planning, retrospectives, backlog grooming and requirement prioritisation across multiple projects
  • Experience in partnering with Product Owners and Operation teams to communicate transformation vision and scope to the broader team and business stakeholders
  • Experience in defining strategy, digital, customer and employee experience, legal, regulatory and information security requirements and constraints
