About the role
A large national organisation based in the E. Suburbs Melbourne is looking for Analysts to join their large Supply Chain team for an initial Eight-month contract.
The successful candidate must have
Data Analyst:
- Data Setup
- Data Cleanse
- Process definition
- Progress Reporting & Tracking
- Powerpoint experience
- Perform complex data analysis using Excel capabilities
- Identify, build and manage effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve performance measures
Reporting Analyst:
- Systems knowledge to source the required data to enable all KPI's to be tracked, Effective reporting of KPIs
- Perform complex data analysis using Excel capabilities
- Set up and maintain all project reporting requirements in order to support internal project management and external stakeholder reporting requirement
- Provide insights based on the reporting produced.
- Amend reporting as stakeholder requirements change and evolve
- FMCG or Retail demand planning
- FMCG or Retail demand forecasting
- Replenishment
Forecast Analyst:
- Advanced forecasting and replenishment systems and processes (Oracle)
- Perform complex data analysis using Excel capabilities
- Effective reporting of KPIs
- Identify, build and manage effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve performance measures
- Identify opportunities for improvement or recognise Issue Trends and develop/implement action plans to improve forecast accuracy (and consequently improve availability / reduce working capital)

- FMCG industry experience
- FMCG or Retail demand planning
- FMCG or Retail demand forecasting
- Replenishment
- Wide knowledge of retail industry and FMCG businesses
- Understanding of customer needs and shopping habits
- Statistics / Forecasting / Replenishment methods
- Analytical and modelling skills
