The role involves supporting government agencies in solving complex challenges through data analytics and providing guidance on data management and publication.
It focuses on leveraging advanced Data and AI capabilities to improve service delivery and outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Elicit customer requirements for AI enabled solutions
- Contribute towards the development of the AI Virtual Assistant roadmap
- Develop proof of concepts and business requirements
- Prepare the relevant documentation according to business analysis principles
- Undertake business process improvement analysis on new and existing business opportunities
- Support the rollout of the AI enabled solutions
- Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst in similar AI/ Digital initiatives
- Extensive experience in requirement elicitation, documentation, process improvement
- Skilled in developing user stories, acceptance criteria and test cases
- Ability to review and assess service delivery and training for GenAI
- Experience in design and implementation of AI governance, risk and policy
- Well versed in Agile/ Scrum
