Required skills and competencies:
- Experience in change management and business transformation, focused on SAP implementations.
- Proven delivery of large-scale ERP change programs, preferably SAP S/4HANA.
- Strong knowledge of change management methodologies (Prosci, Kotter, Lewin).
- Skilled in stakeholder engagement, communication planning, and training in complex environments.
- Ability to conduct impact assessments, manage resistance, and monitor post-go-live adoption.
