About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Master Scheduler to join a large-scale, high-profile migration program. This role is critical in driving end-to-end planning, ensuring all workstreams are aligned, and that delivery remains on track across a complex environment.
You will be responsible for creating and maintaining a single integrated program schedule, managing dependencies, and providing clear visibility into milestone delivery across Business, Technology, Risk, and Regulatory workstreams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the integrated master schedule across all program workstreams
- Map and manage dependencies to ensure alignment and minimise delivery risks
- Own and actively manage the critical path across business and technology activities
- Drive delivery of key Level 1 / Level 2 (Gold/Silver) milestones
- Provide clear reporting and status updates for governance forums and senior stakeholders
- Partner closely with stakeholders, including RACQ Master Scheduler, to ensure program-wide alignment
- Identify and manage scheduling risks, issues, and mitigation strategies
- Proven experience as a Master Scheduler or Program Planner within complex programs
- Strong background in banking or financial services institutions is essential
- Deep understanding of dependency management and critical path analysis
- Experience working on large-scale transformation or migration programs
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels
- Proficiency in scheduling tools such as MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent
- Play a key role in a high-impact transformation program
- Work within a complex, enterprise-level environment
