Join Our Team as an IT Project Manager, Property & Facilities Technology – Drive Innovation Across Our Client's Physical Spaces!

Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for leveraging technology to transform physical environments? We’re seeking a dynamic IT Project Manager to lead critical IT initiatives across our client's extensive network of branches, corporate offices, and refurbishment projects. This is your chance to play a pivotal role in ensuring our facilities are equipped with state-of-the-art IT systems that enhance operational efficiency and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

In this 6 month contract role, you will oversee end-to-end delivery of IT infrastructure projects for new branch openings, relocations, and upgrades, working closely with internal teams and external vendors to define scopes, manage budgets, and ensure projects are completed on time and to specification. Your proactive approach will be vital in identifying risks and implementing solutions that guarantee seamless technology integration across diverse physical environments.

Required Skills:
  • Proven experience as an IT Project Manager, preferably with a focus on property, facilities, or retail IT deployments
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure principles, including networking, hardware, and telecommunications
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a keen eye for detail and timelines
Nice to Have Skills:
  • Experience with vendor management and contract negotiations
  • Knowledge of building systems integration and smart building technologies
  • Certifications such as PMP, CAPM, or equivalent project management credentials
Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Facilities Management, or a related field
  • 5+ years of relevant project management experience, particularly within financial services or similarly regulated industries
Other Requirements:
  • Availability for occasional site visits and travel to project locations as needed
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to work across multiple geographic locations
