EOWA
Peoplebank has been granted the 2012 Employer of Choice for Women (EOCFW) citation from the Equal Opportunity for Women in the workplace (EOWA) agency.
Over the past year Peoplebank has implemented a company-wide program - Women in Business - to support women and develop them to advance into leadership roles. Some of the program's initiatives include: flexibility in the workplace, increased parental leave from 6 to 12 weeks, external coaching for returning mum's a focus on women in our future leaders program and an increase number of women in leadership positions.
